Just looking at the stats & noticed that thomas is taller than O'Bree! i've never heard OB called small, but Thomas always gets this label. Maybe he just plays like a small quick, but has a decent sized body?

It's probably more due to the fact that Daisy gets moved around and Cheesey doesn't. If Daisy get puts in the forward line it's because we need a "small" forward option rather than Daisy is a small bloke.... i.e he's smaller than the leading tall forwards like Rocca and Cloke. People think Daisy looks like he needs to put on weight too but as you probably see by the stats he's bang on for his height. :thumbsu:

Thomas is a good 6"1 and plays taller than he is.

As I've always said, I feel he's a very similar player size and style wise to Brett Burton from Adelaide.

Thomas' height and ability to play even taller have never been in question as far as queries about his size are concerned. Any concerns about his size have been related to his mass/core strength, which he has worked on building and we are now starting to see him fill out.

Given he has something of a gangly frame, I don't think he'll ever look noticeably bulky. He has gotten stronger as each year has passed and hopefully this will be the year where this development, along with the work on his endurance, will pay dividends and Thomas will become a consistent performer without losing any of his natural brilliance.
