TLCers have alerted me to this thread, I think I'm reasonably well placed to answer.

I've found that threesomes work best unplanned - when you just stumble onto them and they happen.
Planning, mostly, leads to either disappointments or an orgy (and this has happened to me a few times).
As for the mechanics, it really depends if the grisl are actually bisexual or just "drunk and experimenting". The latter takes a bit more effort, the former is a bit more enjoyable TBH.
