RFC_Official...can you please pass on the message that all the glassware had no prices on them? I was looking for any earlier fathers day present but nothing had prices on them??

Great iniative by the club once again.

However - clearly the busiest time is going to be the hour before the game. To see that no extra thought was guven to handle this rush is a bit disappointing. Hard to get into the store - only one of the double doors open, i suggested that he othetr door should be opeded but the guy just ignored me.

Lines for the snags to the middle of the ground.

Just needs a bit better planning re people movement. Its really not that hard but it happens every time.

Much more money could be taken if this was addressed. I walked in and walked straight out and kept $150 in my pocket.

I agree it gets busy, but the store is only so big, we tried to get around that by having two other stalls and they were quite popular throughout the day. Did you try the other stalls?

Maybe we look at expanding the store next year? But then it's too big for day to day operations when games aren't on...

Snags were put in middle of the ground because we had goal kicking clinic at one end, and we wanted to leave the other goals free to kick at. Where would you have put it?

The store cannot be expanded nor should it but the people flow nees to be addressed. The one door at the back of the store had a security guy standing in front of the closed door ( if that makes sense) Lady with pram tried to get in whilst others were trying to get out - this guy did nothing and as i said did not even open the second door when i suggested it. I guess one way to avoid this is to fully publicse that the shop is over every game day at the G i am sure many don't know this - although i understand that the sale was only on today.

Re the snags - no problem with where they were but to see a 50 metre line to get them and to see it not moving quickly a concern. Maybe have the snags cooked and have them in a heated container for easy placing into bread and distribute to punters. People will not be concerned if the snag they are eating was cooked before they got it - as long as its hot it will do.

People movement management is a skill and can be quite difficult to do but is well worth the investment.

On a totally different issue - i noticed today on the ground that the sydney "banner holders" all had the same gear on and looked very Professional. Our guys (who do a great job) looked like a rag tag bunch of people who were all wearing mismatched stuff - looked very sloppy. Any thought given to getting these people who lest face it represent the club kitted out in the same gear - does not need to be expensive, just consistent.

Wife was lining up in the store for about 10 mins when I went off to check the stall on the other side of Punt Rd oval... saw that most of what we were wanting to buy was also on sale over there, gave her a quick call and bang, money spent and off to the G for the game.

We got there at around 11.30am for the kids clinic sign in and as far as the snags go we had no line to contend with just after noon.
