Hi Everyone,

I just joined Big Footy today, although I have been reading posts for over a year.

I am a mad doggies supporter and go to the footy with my Dad & brother.

I have been reading this post and was most upset by snagboy rubbishing
Stephen Tiller. Does he expect him to be a champion overnight.

Snagboy I have no issue with you necrposting on this thread everytime Tiller has a bad game. All power to you. But to be fair, you should also post on this thread when he plays really well. And you have been AWOL whenever he plays well.

I would love him to play well & prove me wrong, however, he got dropped after round 4 for playing poorly & came back last week :- has played two
shocking games..... the team just cannot afford this.

Not only can Tiller not play back, he can't play to the standard of AFL football. I don't take the view that he should never play again, although I think he needs to go back to the VFL and gain some much needed confidence with his own game and skills. The performance he gave last night shows that with a full squad, he will definately not be in the team. Give me Everitt any day.

From what I saw of Everitt on Saturday he surely needs to come in to replace Tiller this week

People continue to be harsh on Tiller.
What the last 2 games have shown is that he can't really handle playing as a main tall defender in the way that Hargrave is able to.

Remember back to the Sydney final and Tiller was superb defensively as a back flanker. He remains viable but he cannot cover at AFL level for Wiliams.
