Ok i know he's had a few good games and done a few good things but I'm yet to see him stand up in big moments of a game. he's one of our most experienced players on our list and really in my opinion, i don't think he offers enough. I also reckon he tries to do the impossible too often instead of going the easy option. Don't get me wrong, i think he can do some good things but only when the rest of the team is up.

Unfortunately we can't have a team of Cotchins. He does his job each week, he will also get better as the team improves. If the team improves...

Wrong! He is one of best players. Watch the game in slow motion on tv and you will then see all the amazing things he does and goals he creates from nowhere. We are soooo much better with him in the team. Love him.

was very good in the middle and his lightning hands provide some good clearances. i do like him in the forward line more

A player that is definitely under the radar. He is a smart decision maker under pressure, and his finishing has been on the constant improve. Two years ago, you could sneeze him off the ball, but these days opponents have to catch him - which they struggle to do. A very good player.

This right here is incorrect IMO. Watch him and get your eyes off the big 3 and see the work Eddy actually does. He usually does the tough work to get the ball out to them.

I'd love to see how many score involvements Eddy is involved in because I guarantee its more often than not.

Was leading our score assists before the Freo game. Not sure now.

That was last year, He should be building on last year.

I'm not questioning his ability, he's one of our most skillful players and i know he wasn't our worst against freo. I just think he doesn't stand up when we it matters the most. Look at Morris last week with the hip and shoulder on Elliot, Cotchin week in week out risking serious injury just to know a ball 30cm further our way! That's a action from a player trying to have an impact. A player with his ability should be stepping up.

I'm not doubting his ability in the centre, I just think he's playing to the best of his ability in the forward line.

Also had 8 tackles, 23 pressure acts, 6 score involvements and 5 clearances, how the OP can bag his game is beyond me.

Agreed, even in space his kicking is terrible. He does his best work in traffic where he can use his hands and agility.
