Toadie and Dee

Tonight I watched with a tear in my eye, Toadie propose to Dee on Neighbours. Dee accepted and it was hugs and kisses all round. Ah, they make a lovely couple, and after eveything they've been through, they really deserve happiness.

As we all know, Toadie isn't exactly the best looking guy going around, and the fact he could land an attractive shiela like Dee, gives all of us men out there who don't look like, well, let's say, Chris Judd, a fair bit of hope.

Now I was wondering if this coming together of a beauty and a beast was strictly restricted to the realms of poorly written Australian soaps, Hollywood films and X-rated videos or actually exists in real life??

Anyone out there know of any guys pulling a chick (or maybe even having a relationship with a woman) that was totally and completely out of their league? Know of any that have lasted the test of time?

Maybe you yourself fell from the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down, and yet have still managed to reel in the goodlooking females? Or maybe even the other way around, handsome guy, not so good looking girl? Any personal experiences, thoughts?? Does it really exist?

BTW, I think Dee's leaving/left the show, so either they don't get married or they both leave.

And while we're on the realms on poorly written Aussie soaps, Paris and Irene are another vomit-worthy couple. He's nothin' special, but she makes him look like Brad Pitt.

Yup, Kristie Jandric was one of the tempters. She's easily the best on that magnificent show

Yeah, I'd actually stopped watching it, I was getting a bit sick of Lloydy's chick, and Huddo's as well.....but Kristie has me tuning in again.

IMO, their next target should be Kouta's significant other.

I don't think Dee is leaving Neighbours, I know Libby has recently gone on maternity leave for 6 months.

They can't kill off Toadie, what else is Ryan going to do with his life, aside from maybe drive a rock patrol for a FM radio station?

"Living with..." - don't get me started! When we got Fox Footy, I was looking forward to watching that show and finding out what the players are really like away from footy. Instead, it's bloody boobs and no brain chicks (the majority of them anyway) talking crap and asking stupid questions.

Nick, Leah was good value for most of the first season, but she seems to be rubbing me up the wrong way now, so to speak. Maybe it was the pregnancy?

Funniest bit this year on LWF, which they highlight all the time, is when Lisa Lloyd asks Dermie a question, and she says something like, "Matt and I have neighbours.....who live just right round where we live....." to which Dermie interjects with, "That's why they'd be your neighbour."

Says it all really.

I resemble something that dropped out of The Sphinx's nose, but Mrs Destructive is a real hottie. Yet she was the one that asked me out. I am still trying to figure out why she wanted an Urkle like me.

That guy seems to have some "cult" following based on the fact he is fat, ugly, dress sense like he is ******ed and a goatee.

Why was he not on celebrity big brother??
