What is his work rate like Scottroo, I think it might have been called into question a bit earlier in the year? I liked the way he went about it in the NAB cup though.

I like both him and Cheney, they are the least talked about of any players on our list. They are two opposite style defenders but with a good preseason and hopefully VFL Seniors at Casey next year could see them pushing for senior selection.

Not that anyone's sticking the knives in yet, but i'm sure they will soon enough, he's one we need to be particularily patient with.

He was the youngest player selected in the draft (DOB is 29/04 & cut off is 30/04). So he was a younger player holding down CHB for SA in the '07 u18 carnival, when SA weren't to bad. He chose not to go to draft camp because he wanted to play in the SANFL reserves grand final that was on the same weekend. He was melbourne's last pick at pick 66 and was also the 6th last player taken overal.

I think that melbourne took a chance on him with the late pick last year, because otherwise he probably would've played in the carnival this year and been selected much earlier then pick 66.

So i've always thought that he needed this year to develop and his progress may be similar to that of draft picks from '08
