Some of you may have noticed me posting on the saints vs dogs discussion thread and would just like to say I was wrong, yes we didn't lose by 50+ but if fatigue and errant kicking hadnt got in the way it would have been another flogging. The saints have shown they are the real deal and at the moment are the best in the league, my question remains have you peaked to early as we did last year but time will tell.
The saints relentless attack at the ball was brilliant and every time we got close you reponded which is a sign of a very good side. Even though we did lose by 28 points i left the ground with a smile on my face because if the dogs lose to the saints I really don't mind, the saints are a well oiled machine and if the dogs fail to go all the way then would love to see the saints get 1 up on us.
All the best and looking forward to getting some revenge in round 17 (HOPEFULLY), if all goes to plan it will be Johnos milestone game and will become the clubs games record holder.
All the best to your club except round 17 and hoping you flog those magpies
