It's definitely win-win, thus far.

Toronto has arguably the most talented starting 5 in the East, this side of Indiana. Forcing Chris Bosh to play out of position is a bit of a gamble, but I guess there is a chance that the opportunity will fast track his development.

Chicago is a better team than they were before the trade. With the deepest front court in the conference, they now have a lot of options for Coach Skiles to ponder. Crawford's fantasy value is also on the rise (:D), and he probably actually feels part of the team for good now.

Since the trade the Raps have been 3-0. Offense is going well, with Donyell Marshall surprising me with his shooting touch and coverage. Carter is being eased off the pressure. Jalen hasn't been too bad, Bosh is an absolute young gun. Raptors win trade...so far

Another win today, 108-98 over my Sonics.

Things are looking up, although maybe chemistry may be a problem if Vince Carter will always react like this when someone other than him takes a shot:

Definite honeymoon period. I get the feeling that, like the Clips, they will return to their old ways. On the other hand if Bosh can keep performing like he is and Carter stays happy, then they will be competitive against most teams. I give them credit for pulling off a trade like that to help thir franchise. Bateer getting some playing time would be the icing on the cake.
