hey guys need a little bit of help,

Im 21 going on a 3 month trip to USA then europe, and im trying not to book too much, just working out exactly where i wanna go, im a pretty experienced traveller even for my young age,

My question is, i wanna get from San Fransico to Anaheim in two days (One Night) and this of course is trying to include as much pacific coast highway / highway 1 as possible. Been searching for a week for a tour/bus/train/donkey that will allow someone else to do the transporting but i cant find anything that does this, bus doesnt go on the highway, train only for parts and only tours of 5 days etc

I dont feel 100% about driving over there but i feel this is my only albeit expensive way of doing what i want

Anyone else got any idea?

dude, im 22 and did the drive from LA to sanfran about 6 weeks ago. pacific coast highway is amazing, i hired a mustang for 99 bucks a day and that obviously wasnt the cheapest option. it took about 7 hours and i did it in one hit, so definately very doable in your situation.. just do it! my only regret was not making full use of the 3 days id hired the car for, it ended up sitting parked in sanfran lol

Yep this.. hire car.. do it over the course of a day, that can easily include some short stops along the way

umm just saved from december :) i put about 900-1200 away a fortnight as im only a casual as i go to uni ( hence why my trip cant be longer ) and live off bout 30-40 bucks a fortnight, its tough at the moment but friends are being nice and paying for nights out and parents are helping with travel/smart rider

i get 3 months between the uni year, so yeh :)

* its actually 2 and 3/4 months :)

i know what your thinking lol but i aint that guy, for a start i work at a bar so get to have many drinks taken home and there so pre's arent much coin. and i just dont go out this year as much as i have in the past lol it sucks in a way but will be worth it, i only use about 20 bucks of petrol a week cause i lve close to work/friends and use rest of money for anything really lol mooching off the parents is easy :)

so yeh im not the guy to force or even ask my friends for anything :)
