An interesting pick here.. Not doing much better then Mitch Brown (54.27 to 54.78) but at $269.300 I don't know if it's just me being 'noobish' but he looks like a bargain. Sure he avg and form is very poor but as a last spot for the forward line to be filled for the finals and an upgrade for Warren looming, could it be worth the risk?

Pros
Plays better with Medhurst in the side
Can pull some big scores
Super cheap (Auto? lol)
Good, contested mark
loves a long goal
Playing in a form team
Never gets dropped
Will only be a straight swap

Cons
Can't kick straight from set shots inside 40-50
Sometimes goes missing
Over hamstring?
Over getting shot at, at home?
Over getting bashed in Gold Coast?
Not one of my favourite players lol
Completely out of form but so is Buddy?
Worth using the trade?

I'm sure there is more, but I don't know. Maybe I should do a double trade next week and bring Stevie J or something of the like in, But with only 7 trades and 54 k left, times are getting desperate. This move would allow me to complete my forward line .. Would read like this..

Riewoldt,Pavlich,Deledio,Franklin,Higgins,Fevola,T Cloke(M Brown,Wright)

Or perhaps use 2 either this week or next

Means Beams > Meyer and M Brown > 462k or Warren > 435k

Meh, probably will get lynched for suggesting Clokey, but just saw his name there and put it up for discussion..

problem with clokey is when he is in form he still only scores around 8O, and he isnt in form. He isnt a goal kicker and this will reflect with poor supercoach output. Yet he is at a low in price so he can only go up, and is probably worth a brown trade because we all know what he can do.

I reckon he could be a match winner or loser for you.

IIRC he isn't a popular SC selection now so he could be the difference between a win and a loss.

Doubt I'd pick him but he does go up the ground when he isn't getting a touch.

If you only had around 270-300k to spend he's probably worth a crack but if you can afford another 100k or so I'd definately look higher. Barry Hall (if he can keep his hands to himself) is good for 90+ at 358k and Aker after 3 bad weeks has dropped to 391k, if he can get out of this midseason slump he'll get you 90+ aswell.

cloke is a massive risk but a great pick if he hits some form. the problem is that may not this year and i think he is battling some mental scars. personally, i'd go for a premium - didak, j.brown, aaron davey??, etc.

Spud of the highest order. Wouldn't touch him with a barge pole. Terrible SC player, even worse as an actual footballer.

I'd be looking long and hard at Vickery ($144k). Chances are he'll get a fair few more games and his upside is much bigger. But wait until after this weekend and then make sure he is picked to play a 3rd game next week before you trade.

haha probably will do the opposite of what you bastards think for a change ;):thumbsu:

i have six guns plus nahas ziebell and warren. i only have 6 trades left and this trade feels like ROK at 310k.

the pies are leading into finals and it may be worth a crack. i really dont mind him because i have gun mids and defence with broughton(not cover anymore) and muston. also have white covering for Hmac and sandi.

it might be worth a straight swap for ziebell since he's not coming back anyway, but if doent fire atleast i'll still have nahas and warren to replace him with 5 trades still left.

i'm going for it.
