TV record or transmit

I just caught a bit on Kerry Anne Kennelly show(need to get a life but was eating Muesli and it was on)

There was a tech guy who was showing this box you plug into your TV
It records and transmits over the net.

So if you where Overseas you could watch the Grand Final or record it on your computer.
