Don't know what everyone thinks but in my opinion the hit Vickery gave Cox should give him at least 5 or 6 weeks off.

It was a deliberate & cowardly act on an unsuspecting opponent that could have caused serious injury & possibly prematurely ended the career of a great champion who had done nothing to warrant such an act.

Vickery has history for this type of cheap shot & should get the appropriate penalty. If he took out his aggression on getting the ball & taking pack marks rather than hitting unsuspecting opponents, he & Richmond would be all the better for it.

May I remind you that he punched out Dean Cox the game after announcing he would retire at the end of the season.

He should be a marked man for every player to have ever pulled on the wings. He could be invited to an OWLS tribute game and I would still expect our former players to line him up. I'm still disgusted he left that field under his own steam.
