Not 100% convinced but not saying no. Thing he could be a very good addition to our half back flank, especially if it means Matthew Jeansch doesn't get a game.

If we come to the realisation that we're not quite up there with the big boys and need to build something, then we don't.

There is nothing too sexy about him as a player, however he does do two things we're utterly woeful at: Playing as a defensive forward and playing as a 3rd tall defender on a mobile forward.

What I hope we DON'T do is recruit Goldsack and then trade out someone like Douglas for a draft pick. Because that would be the absolute height of stupidity and show we haven't learned from 2014 at all.

Pretty versatile player, would be a good third tall defender who has a bit of pace about him and could allow us to push Smith upfield or a defensive forward who would lessen the load on Betts and Cameron to do their thing.

HF Goldsack Jenkins Lynch
FF Betts Walker Cameron

Plus his last name would be great to hear over the PA and he is ugly as sin, we have far too many pretty boys in our side !!!

Yes they both defenders that can pitch hit forward however Goldsack is tough at the contest and unlike Otten has an intent to not only tackle but stick his tackles
