Did anyone notice how in the dying seconds of the game Bell was given a free kick for being dealt with after he had kicked the ball approximately 60 metres out from goal, but the free kick wasn't relayed? If the free kick is given for being hit after you dispose of the ball then the free kick should be relayed to the area the ball lands in. Bell can't kick the ball 60 metres but if the free kick was relayed like it should have been, the kick would have been from 10-15 metres out and the goal would have most likely been kicked, giving us the percentage to occupy 5th position ahead of Port Adelaide and Sydney...

Yes I noticed that to. No one can say that we got the run of the umpires yesterday.

And when D.J. got cleaned up it was play on.

IMO the margin flattered the Bullies.

Can't complain but , we are well overdue for the run of the whistle and we may get it in a close game hopefully.

83 point lose and that flattered us?

Wow - First win in Melbourne since 2001, you think you'd be happy with 83 point win... ;)

Just out of interested, when was the last time you beat anyone by that sort of margin??

It could have been worse, We were wasteful in front of goals early

It was the third highest winning margin in our history and highest winning margin for all of our away games. The last time we had a win by more than ten goals was round 18, 2002 against Hawthorn. Our highest ever winning margin when we beat Essendon by 97 points in round 12, 1997 still stands.
