Undrafted players training with Carlton?

Hey guys. Posted this in a couple of threads but no one seems to know. Is there anyone that was undrafted that is training with the blues? I'm hearing various names training with other clubs and i was just interested to see if anyone knows anything? Riley Milne training with the hawks is one i had hoped would come down and train with the blues. There were strong rumours pre-draft that we were interested in Robin Nahas but does anyone know if he's down training with us?

Only names i heard where Chris Johnson and Bentley from Port Adelaide, but that was before the ND not sure if Bentley is still training or not?

Carlton only had AFL permission to allow Bentley & Johnson to train. But they also have most of last years Blues rookies training with them. Expect Jacobs and Phiffer to go onto Rookie list.

not that i know of wouldn't mind getting Clancee Pearce down there, was suprised he didn't get picked up

Personally I would love Carlton to jump in and snap up Cousins before Richmond. At least we know what Cousins is all about now and keep an eye on him he is by far a better player then Johnson.

Clancee is already training with a club.

He is training with Hawthorn and is a good chance of ending up down there.

You can have him if you want him, but don't agree that Judd would be to happy about it.

When Cousins first got to Melbourne by all reports it was Judd who caught up with him. So I cant see any bad feelings there.

As HawkTalk said on page 1 of this thread he didnt think Judd would be happy about Carlton picking up Cousins. All I said was that JUDD met with him when he first got to melbn so cant be too bad blood

Have to agree, when I floated the idea a month ago some of our own supporters even suggested that as I was advocating giving him a go, I must too have been a drug user to sympathise with a drug addict.

I still cant see the major harm to the club if he stuffs up and we sack him, he can be watched around our precious group of kids and god knows he will be drilled by the testers.

#9 is available and he'd certainly fill it. Maybe fantasizing, but can you imagine him cutting it up with a blue jumper on.

I admit I can still see the image of him shirtless and in custody as well though, so who knows what would happen.
