I learned yesterday of a coach of an NFL team (Chicago Bears to be precise), who goes by the name Di.ck Butkus (pronounced Di.ck Buttkiss). Take a look here.

Needless to say there was much laughter.

Jarryd Roughead is another that comes to mind.
