is there any type of adaptor that converts a usb into a parrell port???? i have a digital cam but no usb points plz plz plz someone help.

Get a couple of USB ports and install them onto your motherboard.

If you don't have USB ports, then it's time for an upgrade

Yeah, what Shaitan said, an internal USB 2.0 port PCI card should set you back around $35 while a PCMCIA card for a laptop will put it to the $80 mark. Dead easy to install

I know you can get adapters to get a parallel port out of a USB port, but not so sure about the other way round. In any case, these adapters are often more expensive than simply getting a USB card for your machine, so like the others here, I'd recommend doing that!

definitely what everyone else has said get the pci usb card it will pay dividends for all future connections you may need to make to the computer and with usb hubs you will not be limited to the nuber of usb ports on the card
