I know most posters are too young to even know who "Peter, Paul & Mary" are, but Mary passed away yesterday from complications from side affects of her leukemia treatment.

I was just a kid, but I used to hear their music when my older siblings played their records. They were the first band I loved, "Lemon Tree & Puff
the Magic Dragon", were my favourites.

I guess it's because of them I always preferred Folk/Folk Rock music, while my friends were all screaming over the Beatles, I would listen tp P,P&M, Dylan, Donovan, Buffy Saint Marie, Marianne Faithful & Arlo Guthrie.

RIP Mary & thankyou for opening my mind to the wonders of Folk music.

Thanks SEN, great clips, they were trendsetters for the 60's music.

Edit: I am sitting here playing all those clips & crying, how wonderful their music was.
