I tried a pill called Cialis once. Lasted for a good 12 hours. Money well spent.

apparently it can become a substance of abuse if you don't really need it and have healthy erections etc (being young etc) - in some cases men can become dependent on it and lose the ability to have natural erections. There's also erections that wont go down! we covered this a bit in Sexology.

Hubby has tried Cialis, viagra and Levitra, but not until his mid 40's, and not very often. He has juvenile diabetes so his doctor suggested he give it a go (thankfully he hasn't 'needed' it yet, but it has been fun to try). Cialis does seem to stay in the system longer and is perhaps 'better'.

Tried it once. Took about half an hour to do anything. I still needed "stimulation" but I could feel a difference... I dunno it just felt somewhat more eager.

It wore off once I let the kids out, but was still kinda there... a little more "engorged" than usual if you like. This continued until the next morning when I woke up with a weapon that could have cut a diamond. Lady friend was pretty happy with that...

After that I got up and it disappeared during the shower as usual. Perhaps felt a little different throughout the day, but not markedly.

Would have been late 20s.

Oh and when I was standing at the toilet afterwards flushing the pipes, I felt light headed. Apparently that's cos the blood rushes from your head to your... head.

I wouldn't say it's a conspiracy. A lot of doctors just regurgitate medicine text books - See a sympton, prescribe a drug. I wouldn't say it's anything more than that -

Dunno if you're a regular hand washer but the first thing I would do for that is immediately cease all masturbation... after a while good chance you will have zero issues.
