Viewing Web Pages in your History Folder

Why is it that some web pages can be viewed offline in your history folder and yet some others can't? Even after adding a website to your favorites and hitting the "make available offline" option you still can't read some of them.

Is it something in the coding of the website?

The reason is that sometimes the cache that holds the pics etc is deleted as well as other small things. Increase the disk cache if you want to keep them. This takes up disk space oviously.
