Virtual Memory

After I play a game at times it says Your Virtual Memory is too low. Ever since that message 1st came up my games lag a bit and go slower. I know where to change Virtual Memory but I have No Idea how much to move it up.

Its still on 300 and something because I havent moved it,

Anyone have an idea?

which windows you using? how much free space do you have on that drive (where the virtual memory is stored)? if you have quite a bit i would suggest moving it up say 100mb at a time, but i don't understand why you wouldn't just let windows manage it for you?

I havent touched it...

Ive got Windows XP and I have 13190 MB left on the drive.

ok that is weird, you aren't playing dos games are you? otherwise try and increase it to double your ram.
