G'day. The Western Australian Football Association started in 1949 as the Mercantile FL. It was one of the two premier Sunday competitions until the advent of the Sunday Fl in 1984. I've compiled a history book which is now available as an e book. The book has 207 pages, and covers events that happened in every season, as well as league scores for all years, award winners and a profile on each club that participated in the competition.
Club statistics are included throughout the book, instead of at the back like a lot of other sports history books. Also included is a player list of everyone who played a league game from 1954-82 as a separate PDF file. This list covers 111 pages and over 7000 players.
