Walker will be held back for now.
We have Stevens coming in next week and maybe Angwin. Kouta to be next.
Denis wants a team that has been given every opportunity to gel first up.(First few games)
After Stevens, Angwin and Kouta as inclusion priorities the team will then be fine tuned .
Walker, Davies, Simpson and Hopper will just have to be patient unless they really are white hot in the VFL

THS, pardon my ignorance but I thought Angwin was still on the Rookie list and thus ineligible for elevation to the Senior list until there were was long term injured or unavailable listed player.
I am wondering how he can be selected under these circumstances??
Not sure of the exact situation but I believe that because we don't have a full senior list (one short) Angwin is able to play for us as rookie without first being elevated to the senior list.....not sure if I am making much sense.....

He has to be elevated off the rookie list to the senior list to play seniors. This is possible as you stated; we are 1 player short of a full list. But he still needs to be elevated off the rookie list.
The good thing is he doesn't have to wait for an injury to a team mate, to get elevated to the seniors.
Waite will be out for another 10 ish weeks. This places him on the long term injury list when Laurie is ready. Most likely next week.
We actually cant elevate Laurie without a long term injury even if we have a spot short this season.
The rules have changed and we submitted a list and thats our list.
Melbourne with Davies are in a different boat because they dont have any veteran listed players.We do.

His injury is exactly the same as Hirds and Allens. However his fracture on his foot is 3mm and theirs was 10 mm or more
