He's been sprung by a 45 year old South African woman who's he has bombarded with raunchy phone messages , after they met and formed some form of relationship.
She has kept the evidence aswell.
Apparently she was offered 50,000 to keep her trap shut but refused.
Spells trouble for Shane.

I honestly can't say I'm suprised by this, it's been a while since a Shane Warne scandal had been reported so I spose it was inevitable.

But yah stuff it, I only want to see him taking wickets again. He can chat up as many old scrags as he wants.

Warne kissed and scared me, says girl

A 16-YEAR-OLD girl was shocked and scared when embattled cricket star Shane Warne tongue-kissed her, a court heard yesterday.

Teenager Aleasha Black claims she met Warne and teammate Brett Lee as they cruised a Surfers Paradise nightclub strip in January last year.
Ms Black said Warne told her she was beautiful, asked for her phone number and told her to show him her breasts.

Her uncle Christopher Kent faced court charged with blackmail.

Warne has denied the girl's allegations and has not been charged with any offence.

Mr Kent allegedly sought hush money from the Australian Cricket Board over the kiss he said left Ms Black "gobsmacked".

It is alleged Mr Kent wanted the ACB to match media offers of $5000 or to supply free VIP tickets to matches in return for her silence.

Ms Black said in a statement tendered to Melbourne Magistrates' Court that she was in a car with friends when they recognised the two cricket stars in a silver Audi convertible.

She said she stuck her head out the window and yelled to Warne: "You better win on Sunday."

The blond spin bowling king, who was driving, allegedly turned around and said: "F--- you're beautiful, follow us."

The teen, who lives in Tweed Heads with her parents, said Warne's car stopped outside a hotel and he motioned to her to approach.

Warne allegedly asked Ms Black if he could see her again and wanted her phone number, and she gave him a friend's mobile number.

"I asked Shane if I could get a goodnight kiss. Shane looked around and said, `Yeah all right'," Ms Black said in her statement.

"I put my head into the car as I thought he would kiss me on the cheek.

"As I did this Shane grabbed the side of my face and stuck his tongue down my throat.

"Shane said, `Show us your ****, come on, give us a look'. I was very shocked and started to get a bit scared."

Ms Black denied a claim by journalism student and former model and meter maid Lisa Barnes that she wanted to sell her story.

The court heard Mr Kent made calls to the ACB about the incident, claiming media wanted to buy the story and he did not know what to do.

ACB general manager of public affairs Brendan McClements had several tape-recorded phone conversations with Mr Kent, which were played to the court.

"As I said to you mate, I'm a bit sickened by his behaviour. He is an internationally known sportsman and this was a 16-year-old girl," Mr Kent is heard to say.

"He should be a bloody role model, mate. You or I could probably get away with it, but you know, he puts his head out there and all the rest.

"He needs a smack in the ear, mate. He knows he should know better."

Mr McClements told Mr Kent during one call that reputations of players were of concern.

"What is it that we could do, or do you want us to deal with it, to assist your niece in making her decisions?" Mr McClements asked.

Mr Kent allegedly agreed that the ACB could make his niece an offer and she could sign an agreement to keep quiet.

"There's no threat, there's no inducement, there's no blackmail involved in this," Mr Kent said.

The two cricketers were interviewed by ACB investigator Greg Melick and both disputed Ms Black's version.

Last night Warne's brother and manager, Jason Warne, said police had investigated the claims and "both Shane and Brett were cleared of any wrongdoing".

Mr Kent, 46, from the Gold Coast, is facing one count of blackmail.

Defence lawyer George Defteros is due to make submissions when the preliminary hearing before magistrate Julian Fitz-Gerald continues today.

Hint: he is a professional sportsman. With the fat pr*ck thing, look no further than Tony Soprano. Fictional character admittedly, but look at the chicks he screws behinds Carmela's back. Like him or not however, i do feel you have to concede that he will be a target for noteriety seekers after the british phone sex scandal. At least the girl then was ok, the sth african woman is old and feral.

Interesting observation that. Goes to show that "MAN UP ON BLACKMAIL CHARGES" isn't much of a story for the media tabliods, but Shane Warne kissing someone is definetly the topic of the week, even though that particular incident was cleared before. More media bias at hand here to appeal to the gullible.
