When the pressure poured on..Port fell apart. Man on Man footy works well.

The highlight of the day was the port player forgetting to bounce for 30 metres, kicking a goal and celebrating only to find he had been done for running too far :)

going by current day interpretation, monty shouldnt have been pinged for that. ive seen players run a lot further without bouncing.
 
The rules are too subjective here. I swear I see so many footballers running for goal that run more than 15 metres and not done. One C Judd does it alot. The fact of the matter is that if you run for 2 seconds at full pelt you've done your 15 metres easily.

Just watched it again on replay and thought he was pretty harshly done by. Counted about 16 steps but didn't really travel that far.
 
Umpiring favoured us in the second half and the free-kick count reflected that. Umpires get really caught up in the momentum of a game and the team that is on top always gets the better of the umpiring. Normally this works against us, but now we're winning games it is in our favour.

in the first hlf the umpireing was favouring port but we still had more frees :eek: port need more discipline especially from there skipper
