Righto hands up who thought he was finished?

I hope you guys at the game gave them a rousing ovation at three quarter time I stood up and clapped in my lounge room.

If we played like this away we would rattle a premiership this year.

I will say all along I said never right him off. He aint neither a form or inform player. Today he had his competitive juices flowing & that sparked the team & the crowd.

Welcome Back Clive !!!

As my banner says...

CLIVE ROCKS!

Clive lifted the team because everyone knew that no matter what happened he was going to give 110%!!

Very happy with the good start from Clive. I must admit doubting him given his recent WAFL form but took some good grabs, kicked a couple of goals and increased the general excitement around the ground.

For the past 2 years I have always said much of our biggest problem with not making the top 8 was due to waterhouse missing.
His explosive ability and park marking skills is what we have lacked in the forward line.
The new clive in my opinion has the potential to be better than ever, no longer the only target as the roaming forward he is finally playing his natural position.
LONG LIVE CLIVE

Seems to be adopting a more team oriented style, saw him peel of the packs trying to be a crumbing option, rather than shattering the pack.

Definitely not a criticism, more an observation...

Clive appeared to avoid the tough stuff. It might be a lack of confidence in the knee, his body or just a general nerves thing but he didn't appear willing to tackle with usual Clive gusto.

This will come though.

How good is it to have the fella in the team?

Its just grouse, dont know how the E-girls are going to Match up on them all this week, especially as they are starting to gel with each other.

I say history on Sunday!!

Record Score

Medders handballed (twice) to a teammate in a better position!! LOL.

Still on a high.

I was away last week so I couldn't say that I thought that Clive would play well at the higher level.

I had seen this type of thing happen before when in 1992 I went to see the Black Ducks play the Tigers. McTosser was returning from injury and was playing at CHB on Jason Ball who you expect him to beat in a canter. Well McTosser was pathetic and looked as if he didn't want to be there. John McIntosh was embarassed by his son's game and a Tigers official made it well known that he would be playing reserves next week. The Eagles selected him next game and he played a blinder.

Interesting, some just like playing in front of big crowds.
