Mark Waugh's finally agreed to talk.
I believe he is innocent. It is his word v Gupta's. I may be wrong, but at the moment i believe he is innocent.

What most people have done is just look at the fact Waugh has refused to talk. Then they just say his innocent.

Why do you think Gupta said Waugh accepted 20 000 dollars?

Gupta recieved 20 000 dollars from the Indian Mafia.
Gupta gives Mark Waugh 5 000 for wheather etc,.
Gupta says Waugh accepts 20 0000.
Mark Waugh says no i only got 5 000.
The Indian Mafia says: hey gupta, where the other 15 000 dollars, then put a bullet through Guptas head.

Of course i may be wrong, but i'm suggesting thats the most likely scenario (maybe without the bullet through the head)

Sorry if this goes and upsets a few people but even if he is not guilty I think he should retire, go out on a high as he is in good form and let some new batsmen in. He is in his mid thirties and its not fair on players that should be in this record side and are quite capable of playing for australia.

innocent - he has already admitted to taking money before, why would this be any different. by refusing to talk in the first place suggest guilt. i dont believe he would be involved in fixing a match, but giving inside information to a bookmaker is not naive as he has previously suggested it is stupid bordering on corrupt. if he is guilty of this second offence then i say get rid of him, there are plenty of batsmen in the wings to replace him.
