Wayde Mills?

Wayde Mills has been cut by vossy up at brissie, 3 years ago i understand we were interested in him at Richmond but he didn't last to our 2nd pick.

I remember during the U/18's he was touted as a key defender but lethal played him up forward a little bit. He's a good size and seems pretty versatile would he worth looking at as a 4th round pick or PSD/Rookie?

i couldn't get onto his player profile at brisbane for some reason but from memory he is about 193 - 194 cms and around 90kgs

Na dont rate him at all. He has been delisted by a club lower than us so that is enough for mine to say NO WAY.

He would fit in well at the Tigers. He is a good KP defender who tries week in, week out. He got delisted by us mainly because of lack of opportunity, Merrett, Patfull, Roe, Macdonald, Drummond and Adcock are in front of him. From memory the times I saw him play for the Lions he was far from diabolical.

196cm and 90+kg. Our recruiting department aren't doing their job if they don't at least give him a look

he'd be a bloody mile behind sarge and rance that are 4th and 5th in line as key defenders, probably closer to sylvestor...the only players we'd trade for would be tall forwards or rucks...defenders not required

nice find nugget12. certainly better long term prospect than what the club has got at the moment, a real kpp, instead of a part time switch hitter and is worth considering.

From what I have seen and been told, the main reason for his delisting is that his skills are deplorable, now we certainly don't need more poorly skilled players, but we could use depth in the KP stakes, but unless it is a rookie spot, I wouldn't bother.

I'd invite him down to Coburg for the year. If he shows development and promise there might be a late pick in it for him.
