It was sad listening to Wayne at Sunday nights press conference - he is obviously hurting as much, if not more, than his team. The big problem is if he loses it as he appeared to do during the game - he passes all his tensions on to the team and this can result in much more serious problems (if that is possible) I would suggest that he ease off a bit otherwise he will leave the Blues heirachy with a convenient escape valve that they will use to save their own skins?//

David Parkin always said that the club admin never interfered in running the footy department, at least until the day they sacked you!

A good approach, I hope it lasts this season. Let Wayne live or die by his own coaching.

With the exception of selection, Whatever he's doing right or wrong is not causing our problems on field, it's the injuries.
