As most of you well know we finished the Fevola deal pretty early on Friday in which we could try and snag another player and one of those was Mathew Pavlich which i think we offered Brad Fisher, Andrew Walker and Pick 12 for.

This is was what i heard off a close mate that Fremantle were seriously considering the offer (alot more than Collingwood suggested offer) and then 8mins after the deadline they sent a notification to the AFL and Carlton that they had agreed to the offer but were told they were too late.

Absoute crap. Dockers stated that he was untouchable regardless of ANY offer. Pav has told the media many times (although they never listen) that he will spend his career out at freo. We wouldnt of been concerned with that offer, while they are both 2 very good players and a good pick, we would laugh at that deal.
