How could they allow that mess of colours to happen? Both teams have "clash strips", we also have "clash shorts", and of all the possible combinations surely Essendon wearing white shorts was the dumbest decision in the history of clashes!
I blame the AFL because IMO it is fair enough that clubs will cling to their history and wants, but the AFL is the governing circus and has to put its foot down and some point and fix this once and for all?
I had everyone with me last night, trying to use periphial vision up and down the ground was nearly impossible.
That was a clash. No question about it. Dunno how a firs timer going to a game like that would like it. The AFL has no balls.
Not saying we have to wear hot pink, but didnt remember it being that bad in the NAB cup? I thought white "away" shorts went the way of the dodo? It call came down to the "clash"?
