At the moment,very good.

After raining all night - around 15 mills - it's fined up at the moment, the winds has dropped right away, and the sun is shining. :thumbsu:

The forecast says an occasional shower.

Looking at the radar there's not a lot coming at the moment that should hit AAMI stadium - if there's any, it won't be much.

The breeze is a north-westerly so it will be blowing in the direction of the golf course end (non-lake end) as well as across the ground towards the outer.

It should be a good night for playing footy.

Man, it feels so strange... this is the first time I've not been in Adelaide for a home and away game in as long as I've been watching footy :o

Unfortunately it starts at like 3AM my time here in America so I can't even stay up for the radio broadcast :( Maybe I'll leave the computer on and record it or something.

Cheer them home for me guys :D

hm nice.. nice.. i was worried the rain would mean our chances of getting a percentage boost wouldnt be good..

anyone think that if it was raining though, our mature bodies would have been a big advantage also..?

Last time we played in the wet we booted two nice goals before the rain started and then the game turned into a ridiculous farce of 18 Kangaroos players in the backline and the ball never getting past our side of centre. It would probably be an advantage (especially with their one forward player capable of still being a dominant marking tall in the wet gone in Pavlich) but not percentage-wise.

Where I am (Chandlers Hill), it's blowing a gale and has all day. Rain has cleared up, but this wind is battering us straight off the coast. That said, AAMI is pretty well protected and the breeze just swirls a bit, so if the rain stays away it should be a OK night for footy.
