It wouldn't be written as a percentage of the cap. It would just be like if the cap increases by 10% the value of each remaining year of the contract is increased by 10% percent.
I believe that some players do have clauses in their contracts for % increases in case of salary cap rise. It will probably become 100% of players with clauses like this over the next couple of years.
