Being a Sydneysider myself, I just don't want to see the looks on the faces of my mates on Monday! :(

But all things considered, a very good game tonight from the Swans. Commentators were spot on when saying that the Swans are the most team orientated team in the competition. Players like Davis, Hall, OLoughlin, Williams all just made it look way too easy. Not once did we actually look in the match, with the Swans seeming to be capable of taking it to another level if we ever posed a problem.

Big match I believe against the Pies coming up for you guys. Best of luck for the remainder of this season. :thumbsu:

Cheers Phil, got the Roos @ Manuka before Sydney put the pies back in there place ;)
If the Hawks younger players continue to develop, could give the top eight a shake in the years to come so some positive signs there

Cheers mate,

FWIW the future looks bright for the Hawks...Franklin looks a gun!!

He does look a gun however on Saturday night he looked terrible. He moves well for a big man but was very reactive when the ball game down to the forward line. He didnt work hard enough to make position.

Anyway it was a strong performance from the Swannies.

In fairness to him though it was his first game of the season back from injury so looking a little rusty is to be expected.
