Jeremy Humm, had a run with the Peel reserves side and was named as their best player. No stats were available.

Kasey Green and Quentin Lynch made strong cases for selection next week but with the return of Gardiner and possibly Embley I wouldn't expect Woosha to make too many changes. Hansen and Munro both kicked a few goals.

Lynch possibly to replace Seirakowski. Gardiner for Staker and Embley for Collica or Haynes

Green is really pressing his suit with those sort of numbers. After the decent job he did on Medhurst earlier this year, I'd like to think we'd see him back in time for the derby.

Selection week is going to be very very tough this time around if both Gardie and Embers are fit

Automatic Inclusions:
Gardiner
Embley

Pushing for Selection
McDougall
Green
Lynch

Some people are going to have to make room.

Sierakowski- a logical straight swap for Gardiner. Glad Siera got a couple of games before the end of the year, but his time has come.

Staker- Hasn't done a heap wrong, but was always going to be in trouble when Embley got fit again. He'll be back bigger and better next year, but for now he's had his chance.

Jakovich- has played 3 very poor games in the last 3 weeks. We'll need him for the finals, but the big fella needs a break to freshen up and turn things around. With Lynch and McDougall waiting in the wings, he should be dropped.

Aside from those three, with the prospect of Gassy getting a game in a few weeks and a few other people rearing their ugly heads in the WAFL, the following need to keep looking over their shoulders.

Collica- Always a low impact player, he needs to be consistently good to hold his place come finals.

Haynes- Like his work this year, but he needs to put in 4 quarter efforts.

Cox- There are going to be games where the staff consider going with an extra forward if Gardie hits form.

Glass- Good game on the weekend, but is permanently on the list of players who are one poor game away from being dropped.

Judd- This might seem like a huge call, but Judd is going to have to find his way out of the hole he is in at some point. The longer it goes on, the more pressure will be on him to the point where the club might have little choice but to drop him. Things looked a bit better against Geelong, but he still needs a good game between now and the end of the regular season, otherwise there will be other players hammering on the door for a gig in the midfield.

When pigs fly - Lynch has been knocking on the door all season and it's been locked. Feel sorry for the guy.

Green should come straight in - when he is playing well we end up winning more often than losing.
