What did James Wall do wrong?

I only saw a few Casey games, but saw enough to think this guy was developing at 20 y.o. and 199cm (and can run). I thought that we would be looking to retain someone like him to replace Max in time?

He is as bulky as he was at age 13. They may have decided that he just couldn't put on weight and would never be big enough to play AFL footy. You'd think that he would have made some progress in 3 years in an AFL list.

That said, he was very good at Casey this year and Lyon might intend to re draft him (we could only have 3 rookies remain on the list).

I think the mad saint would point out that he was on Sydney's rookie list last year.

Is it right that you're only allowed two years on a rookie list? If mad saint is right and you can only take 3 rookies into the draft period (and then can pick up three more with the rookie draft), I guess the Saints will weigh up whether Wall is worthy based on what else is around.

Whilst the physique thing is relevant, Max isn't exactly Mr Universe yet is still strong and holds his own.

I hope (unless someone has seen an issue with Wall's application or decision making) that we draft him and develop him further.

Now i am a big fan of Wall..... And i have no idea as to why he was delisted by the Saints he did everything that was asked of him during the year, what do you think will happen with the Big Fella from Essendon?? And no i don't really know him don't let the name fool you.. I've done some research on the Big Fella and i found out that he only had one year on the Sydney Rookie list not two as what has been previously reported. I also saw that Wall is extremely athletic and he ran 14:3 or something like that in the Beep Test at Draft Camp i just cannot believe that the Saints let the 'Great Wall of China' or 'Wall Street' as i like to call him go?? Boy i wonder if we'll re-draft him?
