I'm becoming bored with my routine of five Weet Bix, and am looking for some insight for variation.

What does your breakfast meal consist of?

Two white coffees, usually followed by a train trip to work, then two short blacks.

Two chops, a sausage, four potatoes, gravy, a tin of baked beans and half a roast chicken.

Two panadeine, 600ml coke. Then vegemite toast and coffee. (yet the doctors say my body is perfectly healthy!).

Whenever i have time i love my bacon and eggs, but i remember on holiday back in the old country i was staying at my gramps house in his village high up on a mountain, he would have 2 glasses of red wine every morning without fail, all i wanted was some cereal and he would offer me wine...he lived to be 95yrs old......i doubt i would even get close to that.

Usually whatever my wife lays in front of me. (Not to be taken the wrong way). This may be any of the following:

1. Cornflakes?muesli, toast and coffee.
2. Sausages and eggs.
3. Toasted ham and/or cheese sandwiches.
4. Rice soup.
5. BBQ pork and sticky rice.
6. Sometimes leftovers from the previous day.

My only stipulation is no chilli peppers. Never a dull moment here.

I like the Indonesian breakfast - Nasi Goreng. With plenty of chillies too.

On week days brewed black coffee, peruse the papers and BigFooty on the internet at about 5.45am, 3 weetbix and milk, go to work and another brewed black coffee. Sets me up to start work between 7.30 and 7.45am.

On weekends the same if I have to work but if not....same brewed coffee and the internet. Then some toasted sourdough bread with organic (or so it is represented to be) raspberry jam.

If I happen to be meeting Henry Jr out at Waverley for breakfast, it's generally eggs on toast with extra mushrooms, with me usually picking up the tab for his and my breakfast.

Its a lie - you never order extra mushrooms!

Coffee and four weetbix then another coffee when I get to work.

Had porridge this morning instead of Weetbix; very good.

No mention of icecream.......

No Kingsley, no mention of ice cream. That is a favorite saved for when I visit casa da lillydale and get to sit with Mrs F. She gets in bucket loads of Spearmint flavor for me and adds chocolate sprinkles on top for me. YUMMY

Not even going to go there!
