What is your favourite animal?

Is there any animal better than the pig? Spicy calabrian salami, wafer thin prosciutto crudo... surely this animal is the king of all.

Second would have to be the little baby lamb... in a rogan josh. Something about cumin, coriander, and myriad of other spices when combined with the carcass of a widdle baby lamb.

Moocow comes third... can live without the milk, but every so often the craving for a big steak gives me new respect for this animal. Particularly in Argentina. Hola, senor moocow!

Duck, horse, kangaroo, wild boar, rabbit... even lowly chicken. Animals. Aren't they great? If you can't eat an animal, why should it exist?

God I love being a carnavore. How inelegant Mr Pig becomes delicious calabrian spicy salami... edible animals of the world, I salute you!

Lets not generalise here...ive tasted some that if it was a piece of meat you'd take it back to the butcher...or burn it to be safe that whatever its infested with doesnt spread
