Simple Poll

WOuld you prefer he plays at Coburg for a few more weeks and proves his leg problems are behind him then return to the side.
or
Get him back in the side this week and even if he plays 70% of the game hs could mean the difference between winning and losing.

Personally I think he should prove the problems are over and play at Coburg for a few more games.

2-3 weeks RT.

Not worth putting him on the plane to Subi to play a half.

Give him 2-3 weeks at Coburg.

If he doesnt like the deja vu of making a come back under lights against the Demons where it all went wrong give him one more week in the seconds.

I cant imagine it'd bother him though.

absolutely take time with him..

How did he pull up after the weekend? is he training stronglyt this week?

We will loose this week therefore there is no point bringing him back to play 30% of the game on a hard flat track.

I would much prefer JON or another kid running midfielder to be selected.
Brown should play half a game at Coburg seniors this week, rest next week, and then come out and play 60% of the match against Melbourne after the split round:thumbsu:

Agree, crazy to bring him over to Perth this week although I wouldn't think the club would have that in mind just yet.

I will say this though, go with what RichoGuns has suggested play him a bit here and there then rest for a week, but if he pulls up sore after that and has to be off the training track for an extended period THIS SAGA IS OVER AND HE SHOULD RETIRE STRAIGHT AWAY NO MORE F*#@ING AROUND WITH THIS.

Yeah, play him this week. We will win our next 13 with Browny in the team and make the eight.
Seriously, what in the world would anyone gain from putting him on a plane for three hours, play a 60 minutes half-baked in a game in which we have no chance whatsoever? Give him a half at Cobrug reserves this week. Give him a full game for Coburg the week later and then ony if he's 100%, play him against Melbourne.
But whatever rocks your boat. If you wanna crucify the bloke and let him end up in a wheelchair...thank **** you're not the coach.

Your seriously saying that your own team has no chance against another team? That is supid no faith what so ever, but i do agree that it would be silly to rush him in again.

Part and Parcel of the RFC thought process and mind set for many years, conceeding games before they are played.

I don't think a plane trip will do him any harm. I think some of the surfaces in the AFL are far better to play on than the VFL grounds, so could actually be safer for him.

I agree with jko'neal though, if there are any more dramas with this I think he just has to pull the pin.

Hey, it was a Cardigan not a Sweater!!!:p had the large grey buttons with green piping around the waist to boot!

I wouldn't mind if he had 4 games at Coburg building up from 50%, 70% to 100% TOG and then another game for match fitness.

I want Brown to come back and make a difference, atm he isn't fit enough to play at his best. If he comes back and can only get 12 possies and a goal or two per game then everybody will be saying that he's lost "it".

Plus if he plays 4-5 games for Coburg while building fitness (which even he needs!) then towards the end of the year we can give him an extra 2 games at Coburg so he can play with the kids in a Grand Final :D

Brown in the side would have had us wins against alot of sides.

Adelaide, Brisbane, Essendon to name three.

And its possible to argue that Browny could have made the difference against Sydney and Carlton as well.
