I have 3/4 dudds in the backline and don't know what to do...

i've got ellis, nicoski, hanse and proud and am looking at trading hansen or proud for nathan brown (pies) before the increase in money that will happen and the upgrade one of ellis or nicoski to a better player


Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do with these 4 players and how i should get dean cox??​
 
How much do you have in the bank?

I think the Ellis/Nicoski upgrades can wait (they need to be done but they aren't going to plummet in value or anything), getting Cox is more important.
 
Yeah I understand as im in a similar position.

Problem is I dont really like N. Brown as a supercoach prospect...average of 49 is not exactly 'must have'

I have Proud, Hansen and Scott Thompson in the backline, so I'm not too impressed by Dean Laidley atm!

Whats killing me is I have Jake Edwards in the forwardline. If i had put Hansen in the forward line, and Edwars in the backline I would have been able to get rid of Hansen and get Josh Hill's increase. Doh!

Anyway I havent really looked too much at the options, probably will on Thursday night /friday morning.

With Cox, if you are get him this has to be the week. His price will actually increase (Amazing!) and until he has one shocker of a game his price wont drop, meaning it may otherwise take until the middle of the year to get him!

Brown is a likely starter every week and is capable of pulling a good score against an opponent that doesn't require a hard tag. At the price he should be in your team as a reserve because at least he'll get you a score when others might not play.

I am also not keen on Brown and have Thompson, Proud and Selwood in my backline. As Selwood and Proud are listed to play this week, I thankfully don't have to make this decision but I think Taylor is a better option than Brown anyway.
 
Thompson can't even get onto the Kangaroos emergency list now :(

I do like Nathan J Brown, had tough assignments on Pavlich and J.Brown and didn't fair too badly. Key defenders are rewarded in SC, I'm not too afraid in picking one up. Definitely a SC prospect only though, don't go near in DT. I'm 90% sure I'll pick him up before lockout, I don't mind using 2 trades this week just to get my cash cows correct.
 
I am relieved that proud has been at least selected.. so have 7 playing.

Not sure what I will do...leaning towards essentially not having any backline emergencies this week and delaying a decision for the week.
