When going to the game...

Is it bad etiquette to wear something that isn't purple? I don't necessarily mean club merchandise, but just something purple to distinguish yourself from the many Freagles.

Me personally, I always wear one of my two club polo shirts and my scarf. Last week I was at the races before the game and ran out of time to go home and change from my Ascot clobber into my purple gear. I felt like a Freagle and I'm convinced that we only lost because my lucky scarf wasn't around my neck (I also forgot to wear it while the Collingwood game was on ). But fear not folks, I remembered the scarf for the derby and of course we got up. Coincidence? I think not.

Anyway, what do you all reckon?

I went to 2 games last year. Was too poor to afford a real jersey, so wore my polo shirt.

I think if your a fan of any club and go to the game you need to wear at least something to prove who you go for...

But do you know how hard it is to try and sneak your way into the game by pretending you work inside and have just forgotten your pass at home, when your wearing freo gear?
