Here is my vision for the MFC football department.

Coach - Roo's or Clarkson (the team needs to respect someone who has climb to the top) sorry Neeld (not really)

Football Director - Sheeds (sack Craig we just don't need you if we have one of the above coaches) - We will say it was a bad idea to overlook him in the past but welcome him.

Mid coach (Ling - Hayes or Bolton)
Forward Coach (John Brown)
Defence Coach (Justin Leppitsch, Ben Hart)

This will bring in a coaching team that the players can look up too.

I hear the weapon is looking for a role but may have to over look .. but everyone gets a chance in footy

I will use my influence at the AFL to get us the money required to run our department as it needs to be and call in favours for sponsors. I will make sure its run well.

Can somebody point me to anything good Sheedy has done since 2000? I'm not entirely sure why he's always thrown out as a 'saviour'. If it was 2003 maybe. It is not.

Would add John Worsfold to the top of the coaching options. A lot of talk about whether he'll continue coaching at the Eagles.

At the end of 2010 Port Adelaide were an absolute basket case, I had grave fears for them. They have done a magnificent job turning the club around in really a very short space of time.

You guys should take comfort from that. It may seem like your club is a decade away from being competitive, but really, sometimes it only takes small changes in several areas to start generating dramatic results.

That was a terrible game - took it back in the same day and I could swear the sales guy said sorry.

You know what - If I was CEO, i'd immediately cut off the beards, put an alcohol ban, get them to clean themselves up and start believing they are the club. Not individuals. I'd do everything in my power to stop players being singled out and blamed. So much more, but in truth it seems like little old fashioned things.
