when will this nightmare finish ?

Another Priority draft concessions, whats that 3 or 4 years of them, the players are not the problem, its the President & The coach.

Its like a boys club down there, and after sundays massive loss to a team playing the same amount of youngsters or maybe more, a 20 goal flogging was met by;

Buttless, "these are the losses we are supposed to have for a team rebuilding" well I say after all the recruits of last year and this year, most of them mature, surley losses of this magnitude are not acceptable

Thomas, "The players did not show any fibre that is required to play at this level" well I say, all this talk about the new comeradere and the game plan (that apperently was non existent last year under Blight) was there to be seen in the past 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!

I really feel sorry for all ST KILDA supporters as they follow their club through thick & thin, costing them dollars and time, only to have a club lead by two egomaniacs like Thomas & Butleess, fancy them thinking they can do better than a Premiership player, Brownlow medalist, Coleman Medallist, premiership coach in Malcom Blight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wonder if they'll use the same knife on Thomas that he used on Blight? The "coaches knife" they used down at Moorabbin is a bit like Excalibur:

"Whosoever pulls this blade out of the coaches back, shall be rightful coach of the Saints".

can someone give me an update of the talented youngsters we might be looking at drafting with our priority draft concessions. ;)

as to the nightmare finishing, it obviously does not look like this year!!!
:(

I've just seen the scores in the papers in London and what is going on down at Moorabin.

I know Thomas is new to the capper at AFL level but I don't think he is the man for the job. The guy was too invovled in what some people have called the rabble that is the St. Kilda administration. I have to ask you when will they fix the off field stuff up because it is destroying the club and you are going the way we did.

The talent is there but it seems to have lost all motivation and structure this is obviously something to do with what has happened since Alves was sacked, looking back that decission was a shocker because since Alves you've only won about half-a-dozen matches in nearly 3 years.

Time for a total clean out to stop the misery and survive.

you can't just have another clean out. there has already been one clean out since the days of alves, most of the admin has gone since then.

what next throw out the coach and let the kids coach themselves?????

Howdy to all the saints fans reading :D.

& pyss off to all those who want to gloat (insert your own words) & stick their unwelcome noses in

Really looking forward to draft & trade weeks again;) & lets hope we manage some joy between now & then.

I'm off to the footy vacuum for a while, happy barracking Sainters!!!!

There's another game on Saturday I believe.

Not sure if the nightmare will end then but like all saints fans we'll remain optimistic and barrack loudly doing our best to get them over the line.

If not, we'll still make sure we let Barry Hall know our feelings.

On our 2002 early draft picks, who knows, there may even be a time in the next few years where these youngsters actually get a decent chance to play with our established senior players. When that happens, we'll be right.
