against freo we were shocking!
against the hawks we were humiliated!
today against the crows we were a disgrace!!!!
altho we satyed in the match all the way thru. the sad fact is we should have been blown away in the 1st half by a side who had the yips in front of goal.
we were an absolute disgrace because we didnt chase, run hard to make space and we didnt back each other up.
im afraid to say but danny its time to start making some hard decisions on a few players not only for future games but at the end of the year.

KNIGHTS-sadly his time is up as an afl footballer.while he will battle hard his body can take no more and his one true gift of avoiding being tackled is gone.
HUDSON-his recruitment will go down as one of danny foo pahs.too slow, way past his best.dosent fit into our game plan.
CAMPBELL-the only thing that his saving him is that he is capt.
TIVENDALE-this bloke has been so frustrating. has the goods but so far this year has delivered absolutley nothing. needs to be dropped.
PETTIFER-while he is only young you can give him some slack however this is his 2nd year and should be putting some sort of stamp on the game but sadly he,s not. persist with him for a few weeks with plenty of game time and see what happens.
BOWDEN-i have had enough of this clown! trade trade trade!!!!!!.get something for him while we can!
HALL-has gone backwards altho too much of a burden may be placed on him however he simply has too much too learn to keep him the seniors.
thats all for the minute i must be crazy but im about to watch the game on foxtel
cheers!

Tiger, I haven't seen much of Richmond recently but today you were very, very poor. In a desperate game for you guys you were completely outclassed and outworked. Did you even have a midfield out there today?? I guess you can take heart from the fact you were only 14 points down with 5 minutes to go, while Ednie looks a player.

Sorry mate, but look, things can turn around quickly in footy and with a slight change in personnel, a different outlook, anything can happen. And I wouldn't be ditching all those players just yet, though you've hit the nail on the head with a couple of them.

So CJH, would you still class Adelaide as Richmond's bitches?

I know who's Andrew McLeod's bitch... ;)

I'm a fraid that's most likely true. Really sad too because I really wanted to see Huddo do well.

If Frawley keeps his blind faith in cambell & knights, he will be the next coach of stkilda, sooner, rather than later. we were a rabble today. how can a side deteriate so much in 3 weeks? can he even motivate the players, rather than pleading the media to do a job, that he should be doing.
our season is finished, simply because our only match winner Richo, is out for another 4 games. again, why was poyas dropped for one bad game. he would of been useful today. questions should be asked of frawley and match committee, because we are quickly becoming a basket case again.

14pts with 5 mins to go but it might as well have been 50.50pts would have been more of a true indication how far apart the 2 sides were today.
this season smells like 96.sure richo and stafford has been out injured and upset our team balance however seeing them today there is absolutley no spirit same as 96.
congrats nut on the win today every bit deserved and geez by god what id give to have mcleod play for us!!!!.
bowden for mcleod perhaps?:D
cheers!

To tiger of old

He is good that McLeod, hey?

But I tell you what, the rest of Crows midfield wasn too shabby either.

If only we had some guys who could kick straight!

Fortunately this time it only cost us percentage. Last week it cost us a match.

Richmond will get better with less of an injury load. That is of course if they desist from risking players before they are ready to come back.

yes your whole midfeild was great yesterday however mcleod is something else.no one could get within a bulls roar of him yesterday.
as for risking players i pesume thats in reference to richo.28 days for a 21 day injury you would have thought he was right.
his injury just capped off a great day:(
cheers!

Yep. I thought this week - after getting a reprieve from the axe - he would come out with something to prove. He didn't even fire a shot! :(
HUDSON-his recruitment will go down as one of danny foo pahs.too slow, way past his best.dosent fit into our game plan.

Two games and he has contributed nothing.
CAMPBELL-the only thing that his saving him is that he is capt.

He wasn't our worst player, but again, never looked like taking the game by the scruff of the neck
TIVENDALE-this bloke has been so frustrating. has the goods but so far this year has delivered absolutley nothing. needs to be dropped.

A bit harsh! I actually though him worthy of 2 votes! He had the better of Goodwin in the second half, kicked a few goals and consistently got the ball.

He had one bad moment when he played on from a kick out and was run down by Welsh. This was not entirely his fault. When he was tackled, it was right in front of me and I could see it all unfolding.

He had no options from a direct kick in, so played on to gain an extra 10 - 15 metres and then look for a target on the wing, beyond the zone.

Sadly, all players up that way were apparently resting  and were completely static. He had nothing to kick to.

By then it was all too late and Welsh had caught him.

PETTIFER-while he is only young you can give him some slack however this is his 2nd year and should be putting some sort of stamp on the game but sadly he,s not. persist with him for a few weeks with plenty of game time and see what happens.

Give him more responsibility! Don't just leave him as a forward pocket come bench warmer. Let him run through the midfield and let his class come through.
BOWDEN-i have had enough of this clown! trade trade trade!!!!!!.get something for him while we can!

There may be something in that!

HALL-has gone backwards altho too much of a burden may be placed on him however he simply has too much too learn to keep him the seniors.

Like Ottens, he doesn't know whether he is a defender, a forward or a ruckman. Give him one post and keep him there.
thats all for the minute i must be crazy but im about to watch the game on foxtel
cheers!

I was crazy too! I also sat down and watched the entire replay!

Damn straight we were poor Ant! When we are playing good football - more or less as well as we can - we know that there are some things we do well and others that we don't.

Certainly work in tight and at stoppages are usually a problem. No secret's there.

But once we get possession of the ball, especially in the back half, we are usually so proficient at running the ball that it invariably results in at least an attacking raid.

This is where we failed abysmally yesterday. Of the 16 attempts on goal that you had in the second quarter yesterday, I think we directly gave you 5 of them, all coming from point kick out's

Considering that there was only 14 points in it with 1.57 on the clock, this may well have been crucial in determining the result. I cannot remember what the damage for us was from these turnovers, but I think it was 1.4 ???.

And yes, you are still our bitches - just very uppity ones! :p :D :p :D

anyone considering doing this in the future one word dont !
while it was good being close up when the ball is where you sit.i found it very difficult too see the other end and had to rely on the scoreboard.
money not well spent just to add more salt to the wound:mad:

why would you waste 31 bucks just to seat in level on in the frist place? level 4 isn't to bad and it's free.

I sat in my reserved seat for the first time at Colonial yesterday.

2nd Row from the front of the 2nd level, right on the 50 line at the LaTrobe street end. I was amazed at how good this seat was! It's like I was hanging out over the ground.

I could easily hear the players and umpires, even over the din of the crowd and with Rexie bellowing in one ear!
