where do they come from??

hey guys i was just wondering which school is heavily represented in the AFL??

i know that the Demons have a few boys from Melbourne High (like how did they produce guys with athletic ability...) in Cameron Bruce, Brent Grgic, Lyon, & i think Tingay.

so which school can lay claim to producing Afl finest footballers??

p.s. wondering about my 'crude' remark on Melb. High?? well i attend their "sister" school and i'm not that 'fond' (and that is putting it lightly too!!) of the guys there!

Over here, a few players have come from Wesley (cousins), Trinity, Aquinus, Christ Church, Mazanod (Haselby) and Antonowicz went to John XXIII College In Yr 12

st bernards in essendon had a few - david calthorpe and scotty lucas finished school there
dustin fletcher and ricky olarenshaw went to essendon grammer
there where a few others that i cant remember

Fletch., Ricky, and Scott West all Captained Essendon Grammer. Pretty good breeding ground that.

Yep, Wesley is the way to go at the moment, though Hale School and Scotch do pretty well too. You know Mazza does really well, three current AFL 'stars' (Bandy, Cummings & Haselby) for it's size and stature.
