Your is the possessive pronoun form. This form is used to express that something belongs to "you".

You're is the contracted form of You are. This form is used in sentences using "you" as the subject of the sentence with the verb "to be" used as either the helping verb

If our 2007 list (pratical list, omitting Stevens) was a D-, our 2008 list is a least a grade higher. I'd say around a C/C-, putting us conservatively at around 12th and positively at around 8th.

With a decent key defender, our list would possibly be around the B mark- and around 6th-9th.
