Sore Back?

Stuff physio's.
Stuff chiro's.
Stuff doctors
Stuff acupuncture.

Jump in the pool. Walk / swim. Brilliantly effective.

I used to because I'd sit at my office chair for 6 hours in a row.

Now I get up and take a 10 minute walk around the office to stop it.

i get a sore back when i have been walking or standing for to long

we changed offices this week so new chairs and new desks. my neck shoulers and back are so stuffed. i felt like crying at work :(

If it's this chair I sympathise for you

They may seem uncomfortable now, but eventually your bones will change shape.

Can't recommend yoga highly enough, my week goes like this

post Golf = bad back at work
post Yoga = good back at work

One thing I will say about walking though, in Melbourne where I live it is flat as a tack and walking does nothing for me, I spend my weekdays in the Hills district of Sydney where you'd be lucky to find 500m of flat ground and I find walking really good.
