Hi, I'm a huge rugby league fan, but I do like a bit of Aussie Rules thanks to my Victorian girlfriend who insisted I watch it. I would have to say my fave player in the five or six years I've been watching AFLwould have to be Andrew Dunkley. I don't think you get a more wholehearted and tougher fullback in the modern game. I just loved the fact that the guy was a shocking kick, yet made up for his lack of skill in one area and supplemented it with other great skills.
Any other "Dunks" fans out there? He's a better kicker than Gorden Tallis though (wouldn't be hard)

His shots for goal were hopeless, but I always found that when he was forced to kick out of defence, more often than not he would find a teammate with his pass. His style looked pretty awkward, but usually went more or less where he wanted.
