Can either North or Geelong posters please tell me why Colbert Geelongs then current Captain go from the Cattery to North Melbourne?

Now I've heard he thought Geelong was shit and would never get near a flag. I've heard also he hated Geelong as a town. Supporters of each side please state your case.










Oh and the reason why I post this you ask? I think Cats its going to happen again but not your Captain but Brent Prismall. If you don't believe me all you little Cat fans answer this. Who did Prismall's Father play for? Who did Brent support?

I actually don't know why he left, although I heard it was combination of pay/contract dispute and apparently felt he couldnt win a flag at Geelong.

I think we all know who won in the end.

No. Colbert played in zero flags. Geelong won because trading him got us Mooney and a draft pick (I think Enright).

While Colbert retired in 2004, our two went onto play in the flag.
